CFS is seeking a Staff Accountant II to own key accounting processes in our collaborative manufacturing environment, driving accuracy in journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close.

This role offers stability, work‑life balance, and a hybrid work model with 2–3 days onsite per week after onboarding, plus structured training and opportunities for growth. Hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
