CFS, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant in Wisconsin. You will work closely with finance leadership on strategic and operational accounting initiatives, across manufacturing finance, inventory, and month-end close. The position provides exposure to the full accounting cycle, with hands-on responsibilities and opportunities to lead process improvements and expand scope over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and support the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare and post journal entries; complete account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support manufacturing and inventory accounting, including cost tracking and analysis.
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements in partnership with finance leadership.
