Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts payable, reimbursement, and revenue deposit documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare payroll and leave accounting records and reconcile with County Finance and HR.
• Assist in month-end close tasks: post recurring journal entries and internal transfers; process payroll entries and timely payroll actions.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports for state, federal, and local agencies including OHA submissions.
• Serve as primary contact for internal forms and Finance processes; guide staff on required documentation.
