Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and procurement activities in compliance with district rules.
• Perform daily bank deposits and reconcile to general ledger.
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end close and COA maintenance.
• Monitor grants and special funds and assist with audit documentation.
• Maintain asset schedules and update inventory records.
• Train staff on financial software and assist district personnel with inquiries.
