Live Nation Entertainment in Las Vegas, NV seeks an accounting professional to support venue revenue and expense accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations. You will collaborate with operations, help ensure accurate P&L reporting, and assist with special projects as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1-3 years’ comparable work experience.
• Quality problem solving and communication skills.
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare event flash reports (P&Ls) and coordinate with operations to gather and review relevant support.
• Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts.
• Assist Accountants and Manager with account reconciliations or ad hoc requests.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and enter month end journal entries.
• Reconcile Sales system with General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies including Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Maintains, controls and reconciles basic to moderately complex accounts.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.
• Review and manage P-Card process and transactions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
