Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably AP/AR in corporate environment.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel; strong data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the accounting department in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Process accounts payable and/or accounts receivable as required.
• Maintain, verify, and update accounting ledgers; assist with reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver accounting reports; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform general office tasks and data-entry; assist staff with accounting issues as needed.
