Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a skilled accounting professional to support venue finance operations. You will prepare P&L flash reports, manage venue revenue and expense accounts, and assist with reconciliations and month-end entries.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Oracle experience is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years’ comparable work experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event P&L flash reports and coordinate with operations to gather support.
• Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts.
• Assist with account reconciliations and ad hoc requests.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare month-end journal entries.
• Reconcile Sales system with General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile basic to moderately complex accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and schedules.
• Review and manage P‑Card processes and transactions.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
