Job summary

Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant with hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience in a US CPA firm environment.

You will support day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial statements, assisting with W-2 and 1099 processes, and delivering reports using QuickBooks Online and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a US CPA firm.
• Strong QuickBooks Online and MS Excel knowledge.
• Experience in reconciliations and reporting.
• WolfePak experience preferred.
