The position supports high-volume bookkeeping and accounting for a diverse client portfolio. Responsibilities include full-cycle accounts payable, GL maintenance, reconciliations, monthly write-ups, and payroll tax reporting (941/RT6).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end processes.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Required / Desired Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within a CPA firm or public accounting environment
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a client-service environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
