Job summary

CPA FINANCIAL ARCHITECTS is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a small, family-centered CPA firm in a multi‑state environment. The role supports monthly closings, financial reporting, and tax preparation while ensuring data integrity in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

You will work closely with the Accounting Manager to maintain organized, compliant financial data and deliver high-quality reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification or Enrolled Agent designation
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and tax software
• Strong communication skills
