CFS in Minnesota is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team in a hybrid role. You will support month-end close, prepare financial statements, and assist with budgeting and forecasting while collaborating with operations and leadership.

The role offers strong mentorship, exposure to both operational and corporate finance, and a clear path for career growth. A base salary of $68,000–$78,000 with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supporting month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reporting packages
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support activities
• Support fixed asset accounting and other general ledger responsibilities
