Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1–4 years of accounting experience preferred; internship experience will be considered.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing financial reports, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts while ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Research transactions, perform account analysis, and help resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support business objectives.
• Assist with special accounting projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Leverage accounting systems and technology tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
