Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insights that support leaders in managing daily operations.
• Handle recurring accounting activity, including journal entries and related documentation, while maintaining rigorous accuracy and proper support.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a thorough understanding of assigned accounts to ensure reliable financial results.
• Collaborate closely with teams across finance, operations, HR, IT, and integration groups to gather information, resolve issues, and strengthen processes.
• Support onboarding of newly acquired practices by helping transition them smoothly into core systems and accounting workflows.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and reinforce strong internal controls through consistent reconciliation standards and proactive issue identification.
