Job summary

RollKall Technologies is seeking a Staff Accountant for our Irving, TX office. This hybrid role tackles accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close with cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate financial records.

You will manage vendor payments, review expenses, and generate NetSuite invoices while supporting AR activities and cash reconciliation. This role requires strong attention to detail and experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience with AP/AR exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL reconciliation.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP; Excel/Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payments.
• Review employee corporate card expenses for policy compliance and processing.
• Generate monthly user fee and SaaS invoices in NetSuite; ensure accuracy.
