Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
• CPA candidate preferred (actively pursuing certification or having passed exam sections).
• Experience with large data sets in Excel; Power Query is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Prepare schedules and documentation for annual audits
• Generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports
• Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Partner with operations leaders to provide accounting support and analysis
• Assist with process improvement and reporting initiatives
