• Hotel experience is preferred; ability to speak fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Summarize and post data to journals and ledgers; reconcile bank accounts.
• Obtain approvals on invoices; prepare entries and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor aging and collections; send statements and collection letters.
• Process direct billing requests; handle credit card disputes and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting files and assist with daily deposits and audits.
• Support other accounting-related duties as needed.
