Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team in Boca Raton. The role supports Financial Reporting and Accounting to deliver accurate information for sound financial and operational decisions.

You will report to the Controllership function and collaborate across departments. We offer a collegial environment with opportunities for training and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4 years of progressive general accounting and/or payables management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with multiple company/affiliations preferred.
• Familiarity with various accounting software packages.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and code oversight for vendor invoices, bank statements and credit card receipts.
• Assist in timely monthly accruals and cash statements.
• Ensure integrity of transactions and data in financials.
• Perform journal entries and GL analysis.
• Meet due dates for payables and related transactions.
• Complete monthly/weekly account allocations and reconciliations.
• Record general business transactions and support special projects as assigned.
