Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks a Junior Staff Accountant to support financial reporting and accounting functions within the Controllership team. The role emphasizes accurate accounting information, data integrity, and collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4 years of progressive general accounting and/or payables management experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills is essential.
• Multi company experience preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt to Accounting S/W packages.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation and coding oversight for vendor invoices, bank statements and credit card receipts.
• Support in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly accrual and cash statements.
• Ensure integrity of transactions and data and its reflection on the company's financials.
• Perform detail accounting analysis & process related Journal Entries related to General Ledger Accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all deliverable due dates and timelines for payable and related transactions.
• Complete monthly/weekly account allocations and reconciliations.
• Other responsibilities such as recording general business transactions and special projects as assigned and modified at company’s discretion.
