Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join the Finance and Accounting Team and report to the Controllership function. The role focuses on accurate reporting, timely accruals, and strong data integrity in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4 years of progressive general accounting and/or payables management experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills is essential.
• Multi company experience preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt to Accounting S/W packages.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation and coding oversight for vendor invoices, bank statements and credit card receipts;
• Support in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly accrual and cash statements;
• Ensure integrity of transactions and data and it’s reflection on the company’s financials;
• Perform detail accounting analysis & process related Journal Entries related to General Ledger Accounts;
• Ensure compliance with all deliverable due dates and timelines for payable and related transactions;
• Complete monthly/weekly account allocations and reconciliations;
• Other responsibilities such as recording general business transactions and special projects as assigned and modified at company’s discretion.
