Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join the Finance and Accounting Team. The role supports the Controllership function and provides accurate accounting information to aid sound financial decisions.

You will handle reconciliations, monthly accruals, data integrity, journal entries, and general ledger tasks, with training and career growth through our promotional culture.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4 years of progressive general accounting and/or payables management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills essential.
• Multi-company experience preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt to Accounting S/W packages.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation and coding oversight for vendor invoices, bank statements and credit card receipts.
• Support in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly accrual and cash statements.
• Ensure integrity of transactions and data and its reflection on the company’s financials.
• Perform detail accounting analysis & process-related journal entries for General Ledger accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all deliverable due dates and timelines for payable and related transactions.
• Complete monthly/weekly account allocations and reconciliations.
• Other responsibilities such as recording general business transactions and special projects as assigned and modified at company’s discretion.
