A leading staffing firm in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a motivated Jr/Staff Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will process invoices, manage accounts payable, and support month-end close processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1–3 years of experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online. This position offers competitive pay of $60k–$80k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of accounting experience, with significant exposure to Accounts Payable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process 100+ invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage AP workflow across multiple entities.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.

Skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Master’s degree preferred
