Job summary

CFS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Accountant to support key accounting and operational processes within the Order-to-Cash cycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and ensure accurate reporting.

The role includes accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash application, month-end close, and internal controls. A Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of accounting/finance experience and strong analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and account analysis.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve customer account and payment issues.
• Support system, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
