Job summary

Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC (CCM) seeks a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team in New Jersey. You will maintain financial records, assist with month-end close, and prepare statements in accordance with US GAAP, supporting accurate reporting and compliance.

The role requires solid analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel (NetSuite preferred), and effective communication. You will reconcile accounts, support process improvements, and collaborate across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 0–2 years accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month end close and preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency.
• Assist with compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
