Job summary

Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC (CCM) in New Jersey seeks a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. You will maintain financial records, support month-end close, and ensure regulatory compliance under US GAAP.

This role requires solid accounting knowledge, strong Excel and NetSuite proficiency, and the ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly. Onsite position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience or similar.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month end close and preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Support enhancement of financial processes and system improvements to drive efficiency.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
