Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1+ years of hands-on accounting experience preferred.
• Public accounting experience or CPA preferred.
• Strong general accounting and reconciliation skills.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage assigned P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Analyze income statement and balance sheet variances.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and prepaid amortization.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns.
• Assist with internal controls and process improvements.
• Support year-end audits and other accounting projects.
• Prepare reports and analysis for Accounting leadership.
