Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Manage P-card activity and supporting documentation.
• Process customer commissions.
• Participate in cash room activities including petty cash reconciliation.
• Assist with fixed asset tracking and management.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support audits, compliance activities, data entry, and special projects.
