Harmony Senior Services is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant in Roanoke, VA. The role supports ledgers, reports and budgeting while collaborating with finance and development teams. Strong communication and detail orientation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred with solid technical accounting skills.
• A minimum of 3 years accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Sage 100 and Yardi is a plus.
• Strong general ledger and analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, maintenance and review of financial ledgers and reports.
• Assist with annual budgeting and audit processes.
• Collaborate with accountants, finance staff and development team members.
