Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking an Accounting Professional to support accounting and financial processes across markets and products. You will handle AP reconciliation, journal entries, and vendor communications, with opportunities for education and growth.

The role combines independent and collaborative work in a fast-growing, mid-sized company. Ideal candidates have a BS in Accounting or related field, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or similar major.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Ability to prioritize work and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Vendor invoices – ensure accuracy of data in GL and reconcile with POs.
• Collaborate with Production and Vendors on reconciliation differences.
• Timely data input and adjustments.
• Reconcile open AP to Vendor Statements.
• Prepare daily/monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts (e.g., AP).
• Post journal entries into the general ledger, including vendor accruals.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate on solutions.
