Job summary

PFLC, LLC in the United States is seeking an Accountant to support the finance operations and reporting, including sales tax filings. This role requires a four-year accounting degree and at least four years of related experience; CPA certification is a plus.

You will process invoices, prepare journal entries, and help with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as cash management and budgets.

Qualifications

• Four-year accounting degree required; CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of four years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, prepare journal entries, and reconcile bank deposits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist cash management, liquidity projections, and wire transfers with financial institutions.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly and quarterly stakeholder reports and ad-hoc reports.
• Assist with preparation of annual budgets.
• Interface with service providers on day-to-day transactions, including payroll and other financial management tasks.
