Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or related field is required.
• Some experience in Accounts Payable with date and invoice reconciliation.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and solve problems in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Vendor invoices: ensure accuracy and reconcile with PO.
• Reconcile differences with production and vendors.
• Input data and make timely adjustments.
• Prepare reconciliations for AP and balance sheet accounts.
• Post journal entries and vendor accruals.
• Identify process improvements.
• Support other accounting team members.
• Additional duties as needed.
