Zusammenfassung

Ascendo Resources is partnering with a growing Real Estate Investor in Florida to hire a Jr/Staff Accountant. You will handle AP/AR across multiple entities, process 100+ invoices monthly, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with month-end close alongside the Senior Accountant.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 1–3+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to AP/AR.
• QuickBooks Online experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Process 100+ invoices monthly with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage AP/AR workflow across multiple entities and capital pools.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain records of accounts payable.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries.
• Collaborate with Senior Accountant and cross-functional partners to streamline processes.
• Compile and provide necessary activity reports and perform additional duties.
