Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required or preferred.
• Understanding of GAAP fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• ERP experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term accounting career.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Record and process vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Partner with internal teams to support accurate financial reporting.
• Gain exposure to ERP systems and broader accounting processes.

We’re looking for an early-career Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team in Clearwater, FL!

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career who wants hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into more complex accounting responsibilities over time.

Location: On‑Site in Clearwater, FL

Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base + potential bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you’ll be doing:

• Support day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
