Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or finance required or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Staff Accountant experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in nonprofit environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls desired.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles and maintains general ledger accounts and ensures accuracy.
• Assist in monthly close and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Prepare and enter journal entries and reconcile financial reports.
• Prepare intercompany entries for elimination for consolidated statements.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll responsibilities and data entry.
