SupplyOne in Clearwater, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, support month-end and year-end closes, and provide insights that inform business decisions.

You will handle general ledger posting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, participate in budgeting and forecasting, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help improve accounting processes while upholding internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
