The role supports day-to-day accounting activities, reconciles accounts, and ensures accuracy and compliance across GL, AR, and inventory processes. You will work both independently and with the accounting team to maintain precise financial records, handle month-end tasks, and assist with audit readiness in a collaborative, family-like work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state accounting and S Corp structures.
• Knowledge of general ledger; accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• GL account reconciliations.
• Expense GL coding and entries.
• Recording journal entries.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Asset tracking and reporting.
• Asset-based lending support.
• Tangible personal property taxes handling.
• Inventory management and reconciliations.
• Inventory transfers and production orders.
• AR cash receipts and postings.
• AR sales invoicing.
