Welltower Inc. is seeking a detailed accounting professional in Frisco, TX to manage fixed assets, cash and revenue reconciliation, and related journal entries. You will ensure US GAAP compliance under SOX and support process improvements across accounting teams.

Minimum 1–3 years public or corporate accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting are required; CPA preferred. This is a full-time on-site role offering strong benefits and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; GAAP/IFRS knowledge preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fixed assets, cash and revenue reconciliation and related journal entries.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls documentation.
• Prepare and post journal entries; support account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Property Accounting and Auditing teams on controls and processes.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and assist external auditors as needed.
