The Staff Accountant, Property Accounting role in Frisco, TX focuses on accounting and financial reporting for fixed assets, cash, and property operating expenses in accordance with US GAAP and SOX. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of public or corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account for fixed assets, cash, and revenue reconciliation.
• Analyze the property operating expenses and prepaids.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to GAAP standards.
• Prepare schedules for SOX controls and external reporting.
