Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned portions of the General Ledger and prepare journal entries with accuracy and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and documentation of supporting schedules; follow up on reconciling items for balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and execute uploads into accounting system.
• Process and review company expenses for multiple entities with correct GL coding.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Assist with building and maintaining a strong internal control environment.
• Review assigned general ledger accounts and cost centers through reports and supporting materials.
