Opensity Solutions is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and planning. The role emphasizes accurate reconciliations, journal entries, and collaboration with FP&A and operations to improve processes.

A strong foundation in US GAAP and ERP systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in accounting, a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and preferred CPA/CA/ACCA credentials.

Qualifications

• US-based company experience preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist month-end close activities with timely close.
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting docs.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clear variances.
• Conduct detailed vendor and client bill-back reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting with variance analysis.
• Assist with internal controls and audits as needed.
