Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of general accounting experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and accruals in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and research variances.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Perform project accounting, accounts receivable, and GL processes as needed.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Perform project accounting activities such as cost tracking and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
