Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC in Reno, NV is seeking a Staff Accountant to ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and internal controls. Reports to Accounting Manager and interfaces with Shared Services teams.

The role covers monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, audits, and forecasting; requires 3+ years accounting, a Bachelor's in accounting, and strong Excel skills; NAV/Business Central is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Basic U.S. GAAP knowledge and ability to research further as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly asset, liability, and expense entries and accruals.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations with auditable support.
• Assist with monthly closing and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist in annual audit and tax requests.
• Assist in T&E expense reconciliations.
• Assist in cash forecasting process.
• Collaborate to improve processes and efficiency.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Perform additional accounting activities as needed.
