The Must-Haves

• Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, providing sound knowledge of accounting principles, methods, and internal controls.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills: Excellent client service with the aptitude to understand client business, strong organizational and prioritization abilities, and sound computer and technical skills.
• Bonus: An advanced degree (MBA or MSA) in Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred, as is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
