Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

• Excellent client service with good communication and organizational abilities.
• MBA/MSA preferred and CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management: maintain daily cash transactions and the general ledger for client funds.
• Financial Reporting: prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting packages.
• Bank Reconciliations: conduct periodic bank reconciliations and cash composition reports.
• Client Communications: prepare correspondence and respond to investor inquiries.
• Transaction Preparation: draft basic capital calls and distributions; wire/transfer preparation for approval.
