Job summary

Ultimus Fund Solutions is seeking a Manager, Fund Team to oversee day-to-day fund operations, including financial reporting, capital calls, and distributions. You will lead a team of Fund Accountants and Associates, ensuring accurate, timely reporting to General Partners and Limited Partners.

The role requires 5–7+ years of supervisory accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years supervisory experience in accounting or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; MBA/MSA strongly preferred.
• CPA license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and distribution of quarterly financial statements to Limited Partners.
• Oversee schedules supporting general ledger balances and capital call/distribution processes.
• Supervise and coach Fund team members (Staff Accountant I/II, Senior Accountant I/II, Associate Manager).
• Coordinate with General Partners, auditors, and management as needed.
• Ensure Fund compliance with regulatory forms and waterfall calculations.
