CV Resources is partnering with a well-established private equity firm to identify a skilled Fund Accountant. This role supports day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple entities within a sophisticated investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day fund and entity accounting
• Prepare and support financial statements and investor reporting
• Manage fund accounting, partnership accounting, and capital accounts
• Handle construction and project accounting, including cost tracking and allocations
• Record intercompany transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Complete bank reconciliations and oversee weekly A/P
• Maintain electronic files and support audits and administrative needs as required
• Coordinate with third‑party fund administrators as needed

Qualifications

• Strong experience preparing financial statements and financial reporting
• Proven background in project accounting and fund accounting
• Hands‑on experience with partnership accounting, capital accounts, and consolidations
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
