Ultimus Fund Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant (Fund) to support daily cash transactions and general ledger maintenance for client funds, while preparing quarterly financial statements and associated schedules. You will interact regularly with team members and management to ensure accurate reporting.

The role includes preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and quarterly/annual reporting packages, plus capital calls, distributions, and investor correspondence.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years’ (relevant) accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• MBA/MSA in Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
• CPA license strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare basic journal entries and maintain general ledger.
• Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and cash composition reports.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements for management.
• Handle basic capital calls and distributions.
• Correspond with client investors to address inquiries.
• Process wires/transfers and assist treasury approvals.
• Perform special projects and ongoing professional development.
• Assist in problem resolution and cross‑team coordination.
