Job summary

Interplace, Inc. is seeking a qualified accounting professional in Chula Vista, California. The role involves processing high-volume accounts payable, maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, and performing month-end financial closing processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant five years of working experience. Hands-on full cycle accounting experience is required.
• Experience in manufacturing company is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Processing high volume full cycle AP.
• Answers all vendor inquiries and resolve AP issues.
• Maintain, analyze & reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Performs month end and year end closing processes including preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
• Knowledge/experience in preparation financial statement.
• Prepares various reports to management as required.
• Interface with outside auditors during audit and tax preparation.
• Assist management in the preparation of budget.
