Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Ability to handle high volume financial data sets.
• Experience with complex Excel spreadsheets, MS Word and Office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with NetSuite Accounting software, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in daily and month-end close by preparing journal entries.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist in year-end audit schedules.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations of international subsidiaries.
• Support treasury activities and ensure timely merchant funding.
• Handle various accounting, financial, or admin tasks as needed.
