Job summary

The role focuses on P&L analysis, inventory valuation, tax functions, and standard accounting duties in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of three years of accounting experience; ERP proficiency and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• CPA/CMA preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile balances.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Assist and backup Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable functions.
