Job summary

Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates Company, seeks an experienced accountant to own full-cycle accounting for our Traditional Energy division. You will handle bank reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll support, inventory accounting, and month-end close with cross-functional collaboration.

The role offers growth, training, and exposure to audits, budgeting, and cross-company reporting within a 100% ESOP environment. Office-based in Louisville, CO with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 2-3 years bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Understanding of project cost accounting, billing, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and labor hours, including GL impact.
• Proficient in Excel; Viewpoint Vista or Oracle Fusion a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bank reconciliations and entries.
• Support accounts receivable billings and cash receipts.
• Assist with processing vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and related journal entries.
• Record inventory transfers and maintain schedules.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
• Assist with month-end close and audit support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing and operations.
